Biography/Details

Dr. See studied at the University of California, Berkeley (BA in Psychology) and the Georg August University in Germany. He completed his MA and PhD in Psychobiology at the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to coming to Westmont in 2015, he served as a faculty member at Washington State University, Kuwait University, the Medical University of South Carolina, and the University of Tabuk in Saudi Arabia. Dr. See has been conducting neuropsychopharmacology research for more than 30 years, primarily in the neurobiology and treatment of drug addiction (click here for his publication list).  He is currently conducting a study on biomarkers of treatment for major depression. Dr. See also enjoys teaching across a wide variety of topics in neuroscience and psychology and he has mentored and trained hundreds of students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty.
