- Fall semester permits may be reserved online by returning students after August 1. If new students are not be able to reserve their permits online, Housing should be contacted for eligibility. Spring semester permits may be purchased after December 1.
- Not all students are eligible for permits. See General Information . REMEMBER: a reserved permit must be affixed to your vehicle in order to make it a valid permit. Also, simply reserving a permit online does not qualify you for the $25 discount.
- Come to the Housing Office, located in Clark-N on upper campus, to have the permit issued and affixed to your vehicle.
- Housing is generally open from 9am-4pm on regular business days (excluding lunch hour). However, in order to be most available for the $25 discount, Housing will be open from 9am-4pm on the weekend preceding the first day of the semester . Please call if you need to make a special appointment.
- Students' vehicles must display a semester permit or a temporary permit by the middle of the first week of classes. If you are cited for not displaying a current, valid permit on your vehicle by the first WEDNESDAY of the semester, your citation(s) will not be reversed. If you cannot pick-up your permit by the first WEDNESDAY of the semester, contact Housing to obtain a temporary parking permit.
