Faculty Advising Schedules

To make an appointment with your faculty advisor, you need to know your Westmont email user name and password, and your advisor's email user name. If you don't know this information, see below for where to get it:

Westmont email user name
Look up your name in the Student Directory to find your Westmont email user name.

Westmont email password
If you don't remember your password or don't think you got one, call 805-565-6150, 805-565-6177, or 805-565-7108. Leave a message requesting a new password. In your message, provide your full name and ID number, and your desired password (which must include letters and numbers and be more than 5 characters).

Your faculty advisor's email user name
Look up your faculty advisor's email user name in the Faculty/Staff directory.

Once you have the above information, go to the Student Login page to begin the process of making an advising appointment.

To go to your advising appointment page, you need your Westmont email user name and password, and your faculty ID number.

If you don't remember your ID number, ask your secretary or check your pay stub (upper left corner; include the leading zeros).

Once you have this information, go to the Faculty Login page to create, modify, or view your advising appointments.

After creating your schedule, notify your advisees that your schedule is on-line and they should reserve an appointment time on-line.

Creating a "Bookmarkable" URL:
Click the link below. Initially you will get an error. In the URL Location at the top of the web page, replace "your_email"(at the very end) with your email account name. Click return to test it. You may now bookmark this URL.
