The Westmont Dining Enhancement Team  welcomes you to use the graphic  announcement display screen in the DC. It is not our intention that this system will  replace those wonderful banners and authorized table tents. Creativity in all these mediums is appreciated and encouraged.

However, posting anything on the outside of the building or interior walls is  not permitted, except in the dish return corridor (the ONLY place tape may be used), or banners on the banner hanging cables with clips.

Any college department or student organization may submit any announcement to the campus community regarding college activities on the display screen. Some personal messages such as birthday greetings will be permitted as well. Advertisements not related to college activities will not usually be posted, unless deemed to have broad interest to most of the community.

If you would like to post a message to the screen, Simply send an email to us with the following:
* Text of your message
* Any images you'd like to include. They must be .jpeg files and at least 500 pixels one dimension, but much higher resolution will translate to the screen better.
* What dates you'd like the message to start and stop.

We can put text and image files together for you. If your file will be the complete slide or the complete background, it needs to be sized to 1920 x 1080 pixels and look good at that resolution.

Please do not send PowerPoint slides. We cannot directly post them, and they do not translate well to the screen.
