UNUSUAL COMBINED SPRING RECESS & EASTER WEEKEND 2008

 

Weekday with classes the day before holiday breaks:
Dining Commons - Regular hours
The Study - Regular hours, except room closed at 2:30pm. No late night hours in The Study

Holidays during semesters, except day before classses resume:
When MLK Weekend only 1 week after semester starts, regular DC hours all weekend.
Includes Wednesday of Thanksgiving. CLOSED on Thanksgiving Thursday.
Dining Commons closed first Saturday through Thurday of Spring Recess.
Includes Friday through Saturday of Commencement Weekend.

Otherwise...
DC Breakfast 8:30am-10:00am - Except Commencement Saturday 7:00-9:30.
DC Lunch 12:00pm - 1:30pm
DC Dinner 5:30pm-7:00pm
The Study - Regular daytime hours except CLOSED staff holidays.
The Study - CLOSED for Late Night. .

Last day of holidays (classes resume next day):

Saturday after Fall Semester finals week and beginning Christmas Recess:
Breakfast 8:30am-10:00am
Lunch 12:00pm-1:30pm
(Lunch is the last meal of the Fall Semester meal plan)
Dinner- CLOSED
The Study - CLOSED

 

Saturday before Spring Semester starts:
DC Breakfast - CLOSED
Lunch is the first meal of the Spring Semester meal plans)
DC Lunch/Dinner - Open 12:00pm-7:00pm
The Study - CLOSED

 

MAYTERM HOURS
(For students, requires Mayterm Meal Plan or payment at the door):

Monday through Friday:
DC Breakfast 7:30am-9:00am
DC Lunch 12:00pm-1:30pm
DC Dinner 5:00pm-6:30pm (BBQ on DC Patio Wednesday dinners)
The Study - Regular hours, EXCEPT the room will be closed at 5:00pm

Saturday, Sunday, and Memorial Day:
DC Breakfast 8:30am-10:00am
DC Lunch 12:00pm-1:30pm
DC Dinner 5:00pm-6:30pm
The Study - CLOSED

 

SUMMER HOURS AFTER MAYTERM

The Dining Commons is open only when Summer Conference groups are on campus and being served. It is very difficult to post the fluid schedules of these groups. Students must pay at the door for meals. No meal plan is in effect between Mayterm and the Fall Semester.

The Study is open Monday through Friday regular Daytime hours. The Study is closed after 2:30pm and on Weekends.
