Two meeting rooms are available at the Dining Commons - Founders Room and Alumni Gallery. When arranged in advance and guidelines from Campus Scheduling are followed, meetings in these rooms can include access to meals from the DC. Meetings with DC meal access must end by 8:30pm with your clean-up completed by 9:00pm. Catering is also available from Sodexo.
If a large space is needed, it can be arranged to open the partition between the two rooms. This is arranged at the time of the room reservation and must be done by trained Campus Scheduling or Auxiliary Services staff to avoid damage to the partition.
No other areas of the Dining Commons are generally reservable space. Rare exceptions are authorized by Auxiliary Services.
