Table display locations at the Dining Commons

AT EXTERIOR AREAS, NO ITEMS SHOULD BE LOCATED OUTSIDE THE DESIGNATED AREA IN WALKWAYS OR FIRE EGRESS AREAS.

* Student organizations may use this area, but must yield to scheduled outside organizations who are required to be there and have priority.
* A second table may be scheduled by arranging through the Office of Life Planning.

* To be used only when scheduled by Life Planning. Due to proximity to meeting rooms, this area is used only when absolutely necessary.
* A table may be added by arranging through the Office of Life Planning.

AT INTERIOR AREAS, NO ITEMS, TABLES, OR CHAIRS SHOULD BE LOCATED ON THE VINYL FLOOR AISLEWAYS, BUT MUST BE LOCATED ON CARPET.

* The first row of tables shown here is the preferred location for student organizations.
* Non-student organizations moving inside due to rain may use this area if students are not doing so. They must yield and move to area i2 if students wish to use area i1. No power is available at this location (see prior guidelines).
* If another non-student organization is already set up at area i2, a second non-student organization MUST join them on that row, and not set up at area i1.
* Items/Tables/Chairs may not be on vinyl floor aisleways!

* The row of tables shown here is the preferred location for non-student organizations who have moved inside due to rain.
* Student organizations needing power may use this area if scheduled organizations are not doing so, but must yield to scheduled organizations needing power or share the area.
* The power in the wall to the right may be used, taking care to snug cords to the wall and keep them out of aisleways.
* If another non-student organization is already set up at area i2, a second non-student organization MUST join them on that row, and not set up at area i1.
* Items/Tables/Chairs may not be on vinyl floor aisleways!

* Non-student organizations may set up on the carpet in front of the column in the lounge (area i3) only if two other scheduled organizations are already situated in area i1 or area i2. One of the small dining tables may be used, or the Office of Life Planning may have already arranged a small table for you.
* Student organizations may set up in area i3, with one small dining table, if other organizations have already filled areas i1 and i2 AND area i3 is not needed by a scheduled organization.
* Items/Tables/Chairs may not be on vinyl floor aisleways!


NO OTHER AREAS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE DINING COMMONS SHOULD BE USED UNLESS REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN ADVANCE BY AUXILIARY SERVICES. SOME PARTICULAR LOCATIONS THAT SHOULD NEVER BE USED INCLUDE:
