Doors open: 7:00 am every day
Entrance Doors and El Tejado gate close:
8:00 pm Sun-Thu (exit main dining commons by 8:30), and
7:00 pm Fri-Sat (exit main dining commons by 7:30)
MONDAY -THURSDAY:
Breakfast hot lines open 7:00am-9:00am
Breakfast grill open 9:00am-10:30am
Lunch hot lines open 11:15am-1:30pm
Lunch grill open 11:15am-3:30pm
Dinner hot lines open 5:00pm-8:00pm (limited to two stations 7:30-8:00)
Dinner grill open 4:00pm-7:30pm
FRIDAY:
Breakfast hot lines open 7:00am-9:00am
Breakfast grill open 9:00am-10:30am
Lunch hot lines open 11:15am-1:30pm
Lunch grill open 11:15am-3:30pm
