DSC_4844a.jpgIf there is an emergency, the counseling staff will assist students during open hours Monday through Friday. If an emergency occurs when the Center is closed, please contact a Resident Assistant or Resident Director. Westmont Public Safety may also be called 24 hours a day at 565-6222, or from an on campus phone at ext. 6222. Cottage Hospital has a 24-hour walk-in Emergency Psychiatric Service for consultations and crisis interventions. Their phone number is 805.569-8339. If it is an emergency that requires immediate response, please call 911.

Santa Barbara County Crisis Hotline: 211.

Santa Barbara County Mental Health Hotline CARES (Students over 21): 888-868-1649, or SAFTY Mobile Crisis Team/Hotline (Students 21 or younger): 888-334-2777. These services are both a hotline, and if needed, a mobile mental health assessment team that will come on site to do a psychiatric evaluation.
