Other options available to you;
If you want to see a doctor before the Health Center opens, check with your primary insurance, that is your insurance from home, and see what medical costs will be covered. You may also use the Westmont Health Insurance as supplemental coverage. If you do not have any insurance from home, you may use the Westmont Health Insurance on it's own. While it provides some coverage, it may not provide full coverage. You may visit the student insurance website found on the Insurance Info page.
If you do visit a health facility off hours and you do not have any insurance information with you, be sure to identify yourself as a Westmont student. Let the Health Center know about your visit as soon as possible. A claim form will need to be filled out and sent either to the health facility you went to or to the insurance company. The insurance company will not make a payment without this claim. You may also come by the Health Center to pick up an insurance brochure which includes this school year's policy id card.
