5.2 Pay Periods

Non-exempt staff are paid on a biweekly basis, on Thursdays, for all hours worked and paid time off during the previous two-week period ending at midnight the prior Saturday.

Exempt staff are paid semi-monthly, on the 15th and the last day of the month, for time worked from the 1st of the month through the 15th of the month, and from the 16th of the month through the last day of the month.

Paychecks and detailed paycheck stubs for those who have automatic payroll deposit are distributed via campus mail and are available in the post office after 2 p.m. on paydays.
