6.10 Pre-Tax Health and Dependent Care Expenses

Westmont offers a program to enable employees to set aside a portion of their pay before income taxes to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses. Through this benefit, the employee's portion of medical and dental insurance premiums, dependent care expenses and un-reimbursed medical and dental expenses may be paid with pre-tax dollars. Details about this benefit are available in the Human Resources office.
