D. Long-Term Disability Insurance
The college provides long-term disability insurance for each regular
full-time employee from the first day of employment. The college pays
the entire premium for this coverage. This insurance provides partial
salary continuation should an eligible employee become unable to work
for more than three months as a result of a total disability. The
plan also provides a monthly contribution to the employee's retirement
plan while the disability continues. Details about this benefit are
available in the Human Resources office.
