Are you tired of using your skills for an organization that isn’t making a positive impact on the world? At Westmont College, Information Technology supports the education of students whose knowledge and faith make a difference in our community and our world.

IT at Westmont supports a gigabit ethernet backbone network throughout the campus and the dorms, over 400 PC and Macintosh computers, multiple Linux and NT servers, an AS/400 server, videoconferencing, an NEC 2400 phone switch and voice mail for over 300 employees and 1200 students.

We are beginning a major effort to provide state-of-the-art technology for teaching, administration and our students. This will include, voice-over-IP, a computer art and language lab, wireless networking and effective classroom technologies.

As a member of our IT staff, you will work with new technologies. You will be provided both formal and informal training and you will be eligible to take classes at Westmont. You will have responsibility and will be given significant independence in your work. Most of all, you will be able to make an impact on the lives of our students.
