Student Computer Support
The Westmont IT department does not have the resources to repair student-owned computers. We will assist in getting your computer onto the network and with failed installations of our required McAfee antivirus software. If the problems you are experiencing go beyond this, however, hope is not lost! There are a number of options you can try to get your computer back up and running.
IT Staff Outside Consulting
The IT technicians may offer their services (outside what is typically supported for students) at their own consulting rate. These rates range from $50 to $75 an hour, most often with a one hour minimum fee charged.
