TIME: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
REGISTRATION: After reading through the information, please click on the link provided at the bottom to fill out the registration form. An email will be sent to you confirming your registration. Please make sure you have received a confirmation from the office as last year we had some recruiters who attended the fair that did not pre-register which created problems with set-up and lunch! Thanks so much!
LOCATION: We are planning to have the fair outside on the Magnolia Lawn. In case of inclement weather we will be in the Kerr Student Center located on the top floor of the Dining Commons. If we are outside, there will be no access to electrical outlets. Because we are located outside, ground displays seem to work best due to wind conditions.
DISPLAY/MEETING INFORMATION: Please go directly to the location and set up your display. Please keep in mind that table cloths are not provided. For your information, my office is on the top floor of the library in the Office of Life Planning.
PARKING: Come through the main entrance and follow the signs to the Page Hall parking lot. There will be spaces saved for you. You do not need a parking permit. Look for our balloons marking our location.
FEES: There is a $25 fee for the fair - which includes lunch! For each additional recruiter attending the fair, there will be an $8.50 additional charge (to cover the cost of their lunch). You may send your check made out to:
