We are so pleased that you are able to attend this year’s Graduate Fair here at Westmont College.  Below is information about the Fair that you will want to pay close attention to.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.  I am looking forward to another great event!! 

DATE:  Tuesday, October 16, 2012  

TIME:  10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

REGISTRATION:  Please click on the link at the bottom of this page to fill out the registration form.  An email will be sent to you confirming your registration.  Please make sure you have received a confirmation from the office to avoid any problems with set-up and lunch. Thank you.

LOCATION:  We are planning to have the fair outside on the Magnolia Lawn. In case of inclement weather we will be in the Page Multipurpose Room. There is no access to electrical outlets at our outside venue and ground displays seem to work best due to wind conditions.  

DISPLAY/MEETING INFORMATION: Please go directly to the location and set up your display. For your information, my office is on the top floor of the library in the Office of Life Planning.

PARKING: Come through the main entrance and continue on the road until you come to the last parking lot on your right.  This is the Page dorm parking lot.  There will be spaces saved for you.  You do not need a parking permit.  Look for our balloons marking our location.

FEES: There is a $25 fee for the fair - which includes lunch!  For each additional person attending the fair, there will be an $8.50 additional charge. You may send your check made out to Westmont College, Office of Life Planning, 955 La Pas Road Santa Barbara, CA  93108
