Westmont College Camp Fair 2009
We are so pleased that you are able to attend this year ’s Camp Fair here at Westmont College. Below is information about the Fair that you will want to pay close attention to. TIME: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
REGISTRATION: After reading through the information, please click on the link provided at the bottom to fill out the registration form. An email will be sent to you confirming your registration. Please make sure you have received a confirmation from the office. This is your guarantee that you will have a table set up and a lunch ordered.
FEES: There is a $20 fee for the fair - which includes lunch! For each additional recruiter attending the fair, there will be an $8.50 additional charge for lunch. Sending your payment early is greatly appreciated and please make checks out to Westmont College, Office of Life Planning, 955 La Paz Road Santa Barbara, CA 93108
LOCATION: We are planning to have the fair outside on the Dining Commons Lawn. In case of inclement weather we will be in the Kerr Student Center located on the top floor of the Dining Commons. If we are outside, there will be no access to electrical outlets. Because we are located outside, ground displays seem to work best due to wind conditions.
DISPLAY/MEETING INFORMATION: Please go directly to the location and set up your display. Please keep in mind that table cloths are not provided. For your information, my office is on the top floor of the library in the Office of Life Planning.
PARKING: Come through the main entrance and take your first left into the parking lot. This is the Kerr Student Center/Dining Commons parking lot. There will be spaces saved for you. You do not need a parking permit. Look for our signs marking our location.

Remember – you must fill out the on-line registration form to be considered an attendee at the fair!
