Celia Howen is the Assistant Director for the Office of Life Planning. She has worked in the office as a career counselor for 8 years. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Westmont College and her M.Ed. with a concentration in College Student Development from Azusa Pacific University. Celia teaches the Career and Life Planning class at Westmont.
