Carrie Rydman is the Student and Alumni Employment and Recruitment Coordinator in the Office of Life Planning at Westmont College. Carrie is a Santa Barbara native and a graduate of Biola University. Carrie spent several years working in Real Estate Development in Chicago before returning to her hometown.
