After graduating in 1975, Phil Baker became the Head Grounds Keeper. Since then, his job responsibilities have expanded to include the Transportation department. He has worked at Westmont College for 35 years.

John is the father of two daughters and has worked at Westmont for 10 years. His landscaping expertise can be seen all over campus, especially on Kerrwood Lawn.
