Pre-Approved Catering Suppliers
Any caterer engaged for services on or off campus must have a written agreement with the Westmont Office of Procurement.This includes venues that are supplying catering at their location. An agreement is necessary to cover issues with liability, insurance, and proper health permits for the situation.The agreement can be specific to the event, or can be a Master Agreement. Pre-approved caterers with Master Agreements listed can be contacted to engage their services. If you wish to begin a contract with a caterer not listed or have any other questions, please contact the Office of Procurement.
