Pre-Approved Catering Suppliers
Any caterer engaged for services on or off campus must have a written agreement with the Westmont Office of Procurement.This includes venues that are supplying catering at their location. An agreement is necessary to cover issues with liability, insurance, and proper health permits for the situation.The agreement can be specific to the event, or can be a Master Agreement.I f you are not familiar with Supplier Master Agreements, please see the Master Agreement information page.
Please see this Risk Management Office information (*LINK PENDING*) regarding types of caterers and the issues that will need to be addressed. This includes information on tha type of events for which college employees can or cannot supply food and be reimbursed cost.
The pre-approved caterers with Master Agreements listed below can be contacted to engage their services. If you wish to begin a contract with a caterer not listed,or have any other questions, please contact the Office of Procurement.
