Furniture - Summer 2008 Projects

New purchases of furniture for staff offices, student offices, and public areas must conform to the design standards stipulated by the Westmont College Design Committee. If you have questions, please contact the Office of Campus Planning or the Office of Procurement.

If you are planning a project this summer for which you wish to purchase new furniture or attempt to use surplus office furniture, it is very important to note the following schedule and deadlines!

These deadlines do not apply if Campus Planning is running your project and ordering your furntiure.

May 27 (Tue) - Submit your request (by using the appropriate link below). We cannot guarantee your project can be completed this summer if your request is received after this date, and would then fall into the December installation cycle!

Please note that unless Campus Planning is running your project, you must submit all other requests to the appropriate office for construction, painting, carpet, phones/data, custodial, etc. and coordinate all of these with the furniture schedule you are provided.

June 2-7 - A meeting will be set up with you during this week to review the details of your request and determine a plan.

June 19-20 - You will receive your quote no later than this date.

June 23 - Your quote must be approved by 8:00am this date to proceed with your order. Approvals not received by this deadlilne may not make the summer installation schedule!
