The resources on this page are intended to aid department chairs, search committees, and departmental diversity recruitment specialists in their efforts to cast their recruiting nets more widely. Additional resources are provided to help departments diversify their curriculum and the educational experience of our students with the ultimate goal of better preparing them to function in our ever more global world.
