Getting to Know Danny
Education: B.A. in Business Management, Whitworth University; M.A. in Higher Education, Geneva College
Hometown: Sunnyside, WA
How did you end up at Wesmont? I was feeling a nudge to return to a Resident Director position and was fortunate enough to be considered at Westmont.
Favorite thing about Wesmont? The high morale on campus; that it's located between the mountains and the ocean.
What makes you laugh? Two buddies from grad school, Arrested Development and Modern Family.
Favorite college memory? There are too many to choose a favorite, but I had a really great sophomore year when I lived in "The Quad" in Mac Hall. If you know Whitworth, you know what I'm talking about.
Favorite book(s) in your library? To name a few...A Prayer for Owen Meany, Atlas Shrugged, The Brother's K, and Crossing to Safety.
What is your favorite thing to do away from Westmont? I love to visit friends and family–specifically, backpacking with college friends and spoiling my four beautiful nieces. I can also be found devouring home improvement television shows and re-watching episodes of The West Wing.
