Hometown: Houston, Texas

How did you end up at Westmont? Returning to residence life after taking a short break, I knew I wanted to be at a place where I can contribute to the mission statement of the institution. A good friend of mine encouraged me to apply for it is a great place to continue to grow while investing in student's lives.

Favorite thing about Westmont? The sense of commitment and passion for students in student development.

Favorite college memory? Late night talks/study sessions with friends and the sense of community at Gilbert Hall.

What makes you laugh? Pun jokes and Jimmy Fallon.

Where is a place that you like to vacation? West Michigan, the Pacific Northwest, Western North Carolina, and any place where my friends and family are.

Favorite book your library? As an avid reader, this is always a difficult question to answer: "Hannah's Child: A Theologian's Memoir" by Stanley Hauerwas; "How the Gracia Girls Lost Their Accents" by Julia Alverz; "Wuthering Heights" by Emily Bronte; "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein.

Where is a place that you like to vacation?Texas is always my top choice, but I would also like to explore Spain, Italy and Greece.
