Requests for Polycom speakerphones from Telecom have been integrated into the Campus Scheduling website. Create an account, log In, and follow the instructions to reserve a polycom. All requests must be made at least two days in advance. If we haven't received your request, we cannot guarantee speakerphone availability. There are two types of requests:
1. Make a reservation for a public room and add a speakerphone request to it.
2. Make a service only request for a speakerphone in a private office.
Note that only rooms and offices with analog phone lines are available for this service.
1. How to Request a Public Room and Include a Speakerphone Order
The following rooms available for PUBLIC request have speakerphone access:

Once your reservation is complete and you reach the Reservation Summary page, click the green icon to add a speakerphone. Click on Telecom, then select the item and the quantity you need. Click Add to Cart. Then click Checkout for a summary of your order. You’ll need to complete the fields for Service Type, Start Time, and Event Time and then click the Submit button.
2. How to Make a Service-Only Request for a Speakerphone in a Private Room
To request a Polycom Speakerphone in a private office, your office must have an analog phone line. Contact Telecommunications if you have questions about this.
Under Reservations on the blue toolbar, click on Service Only Request.
Fill out the date and times for your meeting.
Choose one of the available buildings and then type in the name of your location (you must be the office owner or have permission from the owner for use).
Click on Continue.
On the next page, review your booking and click Continue. Complete event details and click Submit.
Once your reservation is complete and you reach the Reservation Summary page, click on the green plus sign. Then click on Telecom.
Click on the Speakerphone item and order the quantity you need. Click Add to Cart. Then click Checkout for a summary of your order. You’ll need to complete the fields for Service Type, Start Time, and Event Time and then click the Submit button.
