Dr. Brenda Salter McNeil, president and founder of Salter McNeil and Associates, is an author, speaker and thought-leader with over 25 years of ministry experience in the field of racial, ethnic and gender reconciliation. She stands at the forefront of an international movement that actively seeks to invite and usher people from every tribe and nation into the Household of God. Due to her extensive ministry experience alongside having earned a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Doctorate of Ministry from Palmer Theological Seminary, Dr. Salter McNeil has been invited to be an Associate Professor of Reconciliation Studies in the School of Theology at Seattle Pacific University. At SPU, she leads the Reconciliation Studies minor for the undergraduate program and teaches Master of Divinity students in the seminary program. In all of these ministry contexts, Dr. Salter McNeil boldly declares a vision that unites, transforms and offers healing for all people of our world. She hopes this legacy will continue through the thousands of emerging leaders she influences through her speaking, writing and coaching.
