Favorite Aspect of Westmont: I am constantly amazed that we have the opportunity to come together with our diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds to create a rich, vibrant experience as we all worship one true and holy God. This glimpse of God's kingdom on earth fills me with joy as I contemplate the mysteries of faith and our charge to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.
Favorite Place on Campus: When I was a student, it was the third floor in Emerson Hall. I spent my best - and most challenging - year of college there and learned a lot about myself and what it means to listen for the voice of God. I continue to enjoy the Dining Commons for the great people watching, but my favorite place is anywhere you can catch a sudden unexpected and breathtaking view of the ocean.
My Hobbies: Writing is something that is as much a part of me as breathing and I have consistently kept a handwritten journal since I was in seventh grade. I like books about visual and culinary arts, travel, and mysteries. I enjoy adventuring downtown with my husband and photographing things that make me smile. Cooking for friends brings me joy and I maintain a little patio garden that calms my soul. I love my familly and spending time with them in this beautiful city. I especially love how they can make me laugh so hard I cry.
