Mandatory Bidder Meeting
& Tour - Details of this event will be emailed to you
in ample time ahead. Note that you will have access to all but
the Pricing and Procurement Process modules as of this date.
On-Site Visitation & Inspection
- You will be free to observe the Dining Commons in operation.
You are prohibited from discussing the contract with Westmont
staff and with employees of Sodexho-Marriott. Questions which
arise for you must be submitted by email so that they can be
answered to all Proponents. If necessary, a followup teleconference
will be scheduled.
Scorecards - Each Proponent
will be sent a chart showing their own scores and the current
high scores following the College's review of key evalutation
factors. This will occur at the two stages noted above. It is
possible that one or more Proponents may be eliminated at the
first stage if their Proposal is deemed insufficient.
Presentations - We suggest
that you block time and travel plans for making a presentation.
However, be advised that you may need to cancel those plans if,
based on the outcome of the Technical Audit, you are not invited
to present. We will assume no responsibility regarding travel
arrangements.
