Meetings
Whether you are interested in hosting a community fundraiser, board meeting, or informational seminar, the Westmont Conference Center is open and available to host meetings and one-time events year round. During the academic year, facilities are available on a limited basis, with our largest meeting space available being Page Multipurpose Room. During the summer conference season, all campus facilities are available on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in learning more about hosting an event at Westmont, please take some time learning about what is available in the Facilities section.
If you would like to have an event catered, Westmont’s on-site caterer, Sodexho, will be happy to help you plan your menu. Please note that catered events are limited to certain facilities on campus. For more information, please contact the Conference Coordinator. (The Dining Commons is available ONLY during the summer conference season.)
For groups 25 and under, consider our Clunie House in San Francisco. The Victorian house is centrally located in the city, just across from Golden Gate Park. For more information regarding this property, click here.
When you are ready to inquire about dates and availability for your event, please complete our Inquiry Form. The Conference Coordinator will respond to your inquiry within a few days of its receipt. Please note that dates and facilities are not confirmed or guaranteed until you have spoken with the Conference Coordinator and a signed contract is in place.
