Thanks to generous supporters of the Gaede Institute, the fee for the conference is well below our costs:

$95 for the first participant from your institution;

$65 for additional team members from your instittuion.

 

The registration fee includes:

Meals: dinner Friday, and breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday

Performances: an orchestra concert, a theater performance, and aerial dance performances

Transportation: Shuttle service between your hotel and the conference (for select hotels)

Workshop: an optional aerial dance workshop.

Recognizing that budgets are very tight at this time and that travel is expensive, we are happy to offer a $300 travel grant per institution to those who would otherwise be unable to attend. Please contact us to inquire further.
