Flying

Several airlines have flights to the Santa Barbara Airport. From there taxi service can take you to your hotel or to the Westmont campus, or you may wish to rent a car. You can also reach us by flying into Los Angeles International. Santa Barbara Airbus offers regular shuttle service between LAX and Santa Barbara, with a stop at the Hotel Mar Monte, one of several waterfront hotels that will be served by our campus shuttle.

 

Driving

Driving directions to campus may be found here. A map of campus may be found here. Parking is free and no permit is necessary.

 

Campus Shuttle

Shuttle service will be porvided between campus and the waterfront hotels listed below. Shuttles will run only at the beginning and end of the program each day. We apologize that we are unable to provide service between these times.

 

Accommodations

Conference participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. The campus shuttle will serve only the hotels adjacent to East Beach (listed below). You may wish to stay elsewhere, but please be aware that you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from conference events.

Once you have booked you hotel, please email us at libarts@westmont.edu with the name of your hotel. That will help us arrange a shuttle schedule that meets everyone's needs.
