Attend chapel with your student in Murchison Gym.  Megan Fate-Marshman, Westmont alum, Director of Development and Production for TRU curriculum line at Davis C Cook Publishing, and Director of Community Life and Celebration at Rockharbor church in Costa Mesa, will speak.

 

Lunch11:30 AM - 1 PM

Eat lunch in the Dining Commons with your student ($12 per adult and $6.50 per child ages 2-10; pay with cash or card at the door). Or take your student out to lunch at one of Santa Barbara’s many fine restaurants.

 

Trail Hike2:00 - 3:00 PM

Hike with Sodexo Sustainability Coordinator Michelle Aronson. Bring your tennis shoes, grab your student, and see a different side of our beautiful campus and the surrounding area.Location: Meet in front of the Health and Counseling Center, lower campus across from Van Kampen Residence Hall.

 

Residence Hall Updates4 - 5:15 PM

Join the resident director (RD) and resident assistants (RAs) to hear about activities in the residence halls since you left in August. Location: Page parents meet in Page Multipurpose Room and Clark parents meet upstairs in Clark A Lounge.

 

Dinner5:30 - 7:00 PM

Enjoy dinner downtown with your student and hear more about the Westmont experience and share your own reminiscences about college. Or dine in at the Dining Commons ($15.50 per adult for dinner).

Career Develeopment and Calling- Parent Feedback Session9 - 10 AM

One hour conversation to explore parents' perspectives on how the College can best prepare their son or daughter for life after Westmont. This focus group style conversation is limited to 10 parents so please RSVP to pbradford@westmont.edu
