  • Workers construct a building east of the track and field/soccer complex for restrooms and athletic storage space
  • Crews have removed dirt and sandstone to create the bottom level of Winter Hall
  • A truck waters the track area while workers shave dirt from Russ Carr Field to lessen the elevation difference between the two fields
  • A large crane lowers the infrastructure into the observatory that will house the Keck Telescope
  • Green foliage is visible along the charred hills above Winter Hall
  • The baseball team gets ready to take the field as workers remove tons of earth from Winter Hall site beyond left field
  • The new southern entrance and campus road have been paved, creating additional parking
  • Workers have cleared the way for the long, narrow three-level form of Adams Center, extending from west to east
  • Green leaves return to the Tea Fire-scarred eucalyptus that line the new campus road below the Page parking lot
  • The west pavilion on the landscaped roof of the Adams Center will include printmaking and painting studios
  • The mass excavation at Winter Hall is complete and crews work to install underground utilities
  • Crews hoist the new baseball scoreboard into place beyond the right-center field wall
  • Workers install the metal deck of the new observatory, which will provide space for portable telescopes and classes
  • The lower two levels of Winter Hall will contain classrooms, lecture halls, laboratories and research spaces for faculty and students
