Conference and Event Services Lawns and Gardens
Westmont is a beautiful campus with numerous locations for gatherings, tranquil walks or solo reflection. Throughout campus you’ll find statuary original to the estate as well as more recently added modern art. Larger lawns may be rented for speaker events and banquets.
The large lawn sits at the entrance of the original estate home, now Kerrwood Hall. Kerrwood Lawn can be set for both casual and formal events accommodating 300 for banquets and up to 400 for speaker events.
Magnolia Lawn is bordered by two rows of mature magnolia trees between Kerrwood Hall and the Voskuyl Library. This space has gorgeous views of both the ocean and mountains, and can hold up to 150 guests for speaking or dining events.
This New England inspired chapel was built in 1960 to honor the memory of Nancy Voskuyl, the daughter of then president Roger Voskuyl. A space intended for prayer and quiet reflection, the chapel may also be used for small gatherings.
Adjacent to Kerrwood Hall, the centerpiece of this charming stone patio is the imported Italian fountain that shimmers water and light all over the entire space. The Presiden't Patio can hold 50 guests.
Part of the original Rancho El Tejado Estate, the formal gardens offer lovely seating areas, stone bridges, fountains, and scents of lavender.
