Commencement Diplomas

Your diploma will be mailed to you by August 2026 if you have completed all the requirements for your degree at the conclusion of the 2026 spring semester and if you have no holds with Student Financial Services on your account. Diplomas will be mailed to the Legal Home Permanent (LHP) address that is stored in our student database.

If you will complete all the requirements for your degree after the 2026 spring semester (e.g., Mayterm 2026) your diploma will be mailed to your LHP address after you have fulfilled all the degree requirements. Please remember to have final official transcripts sent to the Student Records Office if you were pre-approved to take courses at another institution during the summer.
