Work Order Instructions
If you have a serious emergency, call 9-1-1. For a non-emergency work request, see below.
How to do it:
- Click on the link above
- If the next page asks for an Organization Account Number, type in “452349513″ and click “submit organization”. If this page doesn?t appear, go to the next step.
- If the next page asks for your email address, enter your complete email address (for example, jdoe@westmont.edu) and proceed to the next step (your email address will always serve as your login name). If the page asks if you are somebody other than yourself, click “No” and then enter your correct email address. Click “Submit”.
- A new page will open with a title that reads, “Welcome to Maintenance Direct, Westmont's Work Order System!" (This is the form you need to fill out in order to complete a work order). Fill out the form, and don’t forget to include any chargeback account numbers, if applicable.
- Your submittal password is “westmont”.
- A new screen should appear that says, “Your request has been successfully submitted”. Below that, there should be a table that summarizes your work order request. If you?re confused about how to read the table, look at the blue headings at the top of the columns. They describe what’s listed in each cell of the table.
- You should receive an email notifying you that your work order has been received. You will also be notified as to the progress and completion of the job. Thanks for using our Work Order system.
