Federal Express: We offer most domestic and international FedEx services via FedEx Ground and FedEx Express including Priority Overnight (10:30 am) and Standard Overnight (3 pm Commercial / 6pm Residential), 2-Day, and 3-Day services.For additional service information, package tracking, or later drop locations, please log onto FedEx or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX. NOTE: The RECIPIENT'S phone number is required for all FedEx Express, Ground, and Home services. We cannot process the transaction without it.

United Parcel Service: We offer most UPS domestic and international services including guaranteed and trackable 3-day, 2-day, and overnight services. For additional service information or package tracking please log onto the UPS website. NOTE: The RECIPIENT'S phone number is required for all UPS expedited (but not Ground) services. We cannot process the transaction without it.

UPS requires that consumers shipping at all UPS retail locations present a valid photo identification. Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • State-issued driver's license or Department of Motor Vehicles ID
  • U.S. or foreign government-issued passport
  • U.S. Permanent Resident Card or "Green Card"
  • U.S. military ID
  • Native American Tribal Photo ID

United States Postal Service - We offer most USPS domestic and international services including media mail, first class and Priority Mail. Daily deadline for metered mail is 1:00 pm. For additional information on USPS services or to track Express Mail log on to the USPS website or call 1-800-ASK-USPS.


Stamps and long or short letter envelopes are sold at Mailing Services at the West (Shipping) Window.

We also have a variety of letter paks and boxes that are offered for free from UPS, FedEx, or USPS when you are using their service.

Padded mailers, larger clasp envelopes, bubble wrap, and large generic shipping boxes can be purchased from the Westmont College Bookstore


There is no charge for received faxes for students, faculty, and staff. Please be sure the sender properly identifies you (name, department or student MS#) Outgoing faxes cost $1.00 per page. Departments without a fax machine accessible to them elsewhere, can charge sent faxes to their department’s account.
