How can I register for a camp?

All campers may reserve a space in camp with a credit card along with a completed application. Click here to get to the registration page.

Are all camps located on the Westmont Campus?

Yes! All camps are on the Westmont Campus and will utilize Murchison Gymnasium.

What happens if my child is injured or sick during camp?

Qualified trainers will be on duty for the duration of all camps to care for minor injuries and illness. Parents or guardians will be contacted immediately if there is a serious injury or a child needs to leave camp early for a medical reason. Please make a notation on the application form if there is any medical condition we should be aware of in advance of the camper’s attendance to our volleyball academies.

What happens if my child is sick or injured and cannot attend camp? Do I get a cash refund?

What does each camper receive?

Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt and a written evaluation (emailed) of their performance.

What should a camper bring with them to an overnight camp?

Please use this list as a guide for the overnight camp: Sleeping bag or set of sheets and a blanket, pillow with case, 2 towels, volleyball shoes, knee pads, 3 pairs of spandex, 4 pairs of socks, 4 t-shirts to play in, sweatshirt, sweat pants, pajamas, bathing suit, one pair of sandals, alarm clock, sunscreen, toiletries, optional: book, stationary, camera and whatever else you feel you need.

What airport is best to fly into and what about airport transportation?

Santa Barbara is the best airport to fly into and you will need to find transportation to and from the airport. Please contact Coach Cook if this is an issue.

How much volleyball will be played?

We will have 2 sessions a day for full days and 1 for half days.

What is the typical daily schedule for a camper?

Day 1

2:30-3:00pm – Check in
3:30-5:15pm – Gym session
5:30-6:15pm – Dinner
6:15-7:15pm - Shower
7:15-8:30pm – Group Meeting

8:30-10:00pm – Free time
10:00pm – Lights out

Day 2

8:00-8:45am – Breakfast
9:00-11:00am – Gym session
11:00am-12pm – Weight training
12:00pm-2:00pm – Lunch then free time
2:00-3:00pm – Player Panel (with current Westmont players)
3:00-5:15pm – Gym session
5:30-6:15pm – Dinner
6:15-7:00pm – Free time
7:00-8:30pm – Group Activity
8:30-10:00pm – Free time
10:30pm – Lights out

Day 3

8:00-8:30am – Breakfast
8:30-9:00am – Pack up
9:00-11am – Gym session
11:00-11:30am – Checkout
