Check-In

Mayterm and Summer, 2006 Check-In

Students who reserve on-campus housing for the Mayterm period will check-in to Clark Hall on Sunday, May 7. Housing during Mayterm is only available to students who will be attending Mayterm or a travelling summer program, or who have been requested to officially participate in graduation ceremonies or extended intercollegiate athletics. Campus residents who have reserved on-campus housing during Mayterm will remain in their spring housing assignments until check-in on Sunday, May 7. Students who reserve housing for the summer at the Ocean View Apartments will check-in to Ocean View on Sunday evening, May 7. Summer housing at Ocean View requires a minimum 10-week rental commitment. Campus residents who have reserved summer housing at Ocean View will remain in their spring housing assignments until check-in on Sunday evening, May 7. Fall, 2006 Check-In

Returning students may check-in to their room assignments August 26-27, the weekend immediately preceding the first day of fall semester, during the hours posted below. New students who arrive for Orientation will check-in according to the schedule in their orientation materials.

Spring, 2007 Check-In

Returning students may return to their room assignments January 6-7, the weekend immediately preceding the first day of fall semester. New students will check-in January 6-7, according to the schedule posted below.

Returning students for Fall, 2006 will check-in to the residence halls at these times:

• Saturday, August 26 — from: 10 am – 12noon; 7 – 9 pm
• Sunday, August 27 — from: 1 – 3 pm; 7 – 11 pm

New students for Spring, 2007 will check-in to the residence halls at these times:

• Saturday, January 6 — from: 10 am – 12noon; 7 – 9 pm
• Sunday, January 7 — from: 1 – 3 pm; 7 – 11 pm
