Dana graduated from Westmont with a degree in Sociology. He went on to earn a Master's in Theological Studies from Gordon-Conwell Seminary, an advanced degree in Counseling from Northeastern University, and a Certificate in Career Counseling from California State University at Northridge. After serving in the ministry for nine years as an assistant pastor, he transitioned to the career development field, where he has been since 1988. He is a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), a National Board Certified Career Counselor (NBCCC), and has taught graduate level courses in career planning at Antioch University.

Julissa Delgado is a Santa Barbara native. She from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has worked at Westmont for the past 11 years. The first 5 years were spent in the First Year Programs, Academic Advising and Disability Services department. She has worked in the Office of Life Planning for 6 years splitting her time between the Office of Life Planning and as the program coordinator in the Intercultural Programs Office.

Celia has worked in the office as a career counselor for 8 years. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Westmont College and her M.Ed. with a concentration in College Student Development from Azusa Pacific University. Celia teaches the Career and Life Planning class at Westmont.
