Dana graduated from Westmont with a degree in Sociology. He went on to earn a Master's in Theological Studies from Gordon-Conwell Seminary, an advanced degree in Counseling from Northeastern University, and a Certificate in Career Counseling from California State University at Northridge. After serving in the ministry for nine years as an assistant pastor, he transitioned to the career development field, where he has been since 1988. He is a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), a National Board Certified Career Counselor (NBCCC), and has taught graduate level courses in career planning at Antioch University.

Julissa Delgado has worked at Westmont College since 1999. She has worked in the areas of First Year Experience, Academic Advising and Disabilty Services. Currently she shares her time between the Office of Life Planning and assisting in the Intercultural Programs Office.

Celia has worked in the office as a career counselor since 2001. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Westmont College and her M.Ed. with a concentration in College Student Development from Azusa Pacific University. Celia teaches the Career and Life Planning class at Westmont.

LoriAnn joined the Office of Life Planning as the Student and Alumni Employment Coordinator in 2010. She has an extensive background in real estate and business. She enjoys increasing and developing relationships with local businesses and Westmont College.
