These apartments allow residents the independence of cooking their meals and entertaining friends in a relaxed environment. Ocean View provides spacious, two-bedroom apartments with a supportive community of students and on-site residence life staff. Residents gather in the courtyard lawns and enjoy the built-in gas barbecue and picnic tables.
Three miles from campus, Ocean View is not far from the beach or downtown. Each of the 24 units houses three or four students. The apartments are furnished and include a gas range and full-sized refrigerator. Students provide dishes, utensils, and cookware. Utilities (gas, water, trash, and electricity) are included. Apartments are also connected to the campus telephone system and the campus computer network. Cable television service is available from Cox Cable. Westmont recommends living on campus before moving to Ocean View.
