Annette Richards

Annette joined Westmont in January of 2008. She is based in Newport Beach and represents the college in both Orange and San Diego Counties. Annette has a B.A. in Economics and Business from Westmont College.
After graduating from Westmont in 1998, Annette moved to Washington DC with a few of her classmates where she worked as an intern at the White House and also for a Congressman. She returned to her hometown of San Diego and began her career in development at the March of Dimes. A couple years later, she started her own business raising funds for political candidates. After taking an extended break, in order to travel around the world with her husband and friends, Annette moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan and served as the Director of Development for NOOMA for nearly four years.
As a Westmont alumna, Annette is thrilled to be working at Westmont. She enjoys building relationships with alumni and parents in southern California and particularly enjoys connecting people to Westmont through support and involvement at the college.
Annette is married to Andrew Richards (also a Westmont alum) and they have two children, Spence and Tori.
