Biography/Details

Dr. Cole's research contributes to various fields in microeconomics, including health, labor, and education. He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Auburn University, where he was part of a team of researchers who identified changes in task content of work in the United States, fulfilling a grant project funded by the US Social Security Administration. Prior to his time at Auburn, he was an analyst within the Ernst & Young International Tax Services for multinational corporations. He completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Utah University, where he competed on the men's golf team and earned designations including School of Business Valedictorian and Male Athlete of the Year. He is a member of the Association of Christian Economists and the American Economic Association.
