Committee Information
All positions on the Spring Sing Committee are part of a creative team that plans, manages, and produces Spring Sing. The committee functions as a team, but there are tasks specific to each role. The responsibilities for each committee member are listed below.
The time commitment grows as Spring Sing approaches. In general, committee members can expect:
- 1 hour a week for weekly committee meetings
- 2-3 hours a week of position specific work
- 4-5 hours per night the week of gym rehearsals (approximately 7pm to 11pm)
- Most of the day for dress rehearsal and Spring Sing
- 3 hours of post Spring Sing debriefing
Committee Position

Position Summary |
Graphic Design |
Responsible for all graphic design elements of Spring Sing, including creatively and consistently integrating the Spring Sing theme into the branding of the show. |
Hospitality | Responsible for all hospitality and volunteer needs related to Spring Sing. |
Logistics | Supports the many logistical pieces of Spring Sing. Including, but not limited to: tickets, tshirts, DVDs, administrative support, etc. |
Producer | Responsible for the entirety of the show. This position requires that applicants have served on the committee or directed a skit. |
Stage |
Responsible for all backstage happenings and works under the direction of the Producer and Technical Producer. They are also responsible for organizing and securing side acts. |
Involvement |
Coordinates the recruitment and directing of all volunteers for the show. |
