Biography/Details

Education: M.A. in Christian Formation, Northpark Theological Seminary; B.A in Communication (Emphasis in Business and Nonprofits), California State University Channel Islands

Role on campus? I oversee local and global ministries, including Emmaus Road, Urban Initiative, and Potter's Clay, creating and maintaining thriving relationships between community and global partners, overseeing programming, training, fundraising, and spiritual formation for student leaders in M&O.

Hometown: Napa Valley, California.

Favorite thing about Westmont: It's beautiful!

Favorite thing to do away from Westmont: Read wonderful books in a hammock, create delicious meals and treats, spend time with quality people, debate movies, theology, and ethics with anyone, and go stargazing with my loving husband.

Where do you vacation in California? The Sierra Nevadas, San Clemente, and Benton Hot Springs. Each place is very special to me and my family. We can usually be found in these various locations playing music and laughing, enjoying water sports, and fighting off mosquitoes or seagulls.

What interests you about the world? I love learning about God through the people that I meet from other countries and regions in the world. Food, language, and culture is so important to me because they point to the interconnectedness of the Creator and His Creation. The best relationships are built from surprising connections!
