Janay is an alumni (2001) where she majored in Sociology, and she earned her masters from Cal Poly SLO. As the Employer Relations Specialist, she will focus on job and internship development, manage Handshake, and on-campus career/employer related events. Janay has deep ties to the community and serves on the Board of the YWCA as well as other roles with the Rescue Mission, District Attorney's Faith Collaborative, and Junior League. She enjoys nuturing connections and helping to deepen ties with companies and non-profits to hire Westmont interns and graduates.
