Student Success Personal Resources

Residence Life Staff
RDs and RAs are staff that live in the residence halls to support students with any personal questions or issues and to help connect them more broadly to campus resources.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
CAPS provides a safe, free and confidential space for students to connect with a trained professional on a range of personal issues including anxiety, depression, eating concerns, relationship problems, homesickness, addictive behaviors, etc.

Health Center
All students have access to an on-campus health clinic with a team of physician assistants, a nurse practitioner, medical office coordinator and a physician who are available to take care of student health care needs.

Free Yoga
The Center for Student Success offers free bi-weekly faith based yoga classes in the dance room. Refer to allstudent e-mails at the beginning of each semester for dates and times.

Take a Professor to Lunch
Westmont student government sponsors the Take a Professor to Lunch program allowing students to take faculty and staff to lunch for free at the Dining Commons in order to further bolster faculty/student interactions outside of the classroom.
