Leanne joined the Global Education Department in the fall of 2024.  She is a seasoned academic administrator, with over a decade of experience in the classroom and in administrative leadership roles. She has served as program director, department chair, associate dean, and interim dean. As a professor, she has worked with students from a wide variety of countries as well as American students from diverse backgrounds. She has also lived and taught internationally and is fluent in Spanish and German and conversant in Catalan. She earned a PhD from the University of Georgia in Adult Education, as well as a DMin, a ThM, and a BA in German and English.

Anne has been with Westmont since the fall of 2023 but transitioned to the Global Education Department in January of 2025. She received her B.A. in Journalism and Spanish from Linfield University and later completed an M.A. in Language Education at the University of Oregon. While completing her Master's degree, she gained experience working with international students and ELLs as a graduate academic advisor. Prior to coming to Westmont, she lived and worked in Seville, Spain. Anne currently works with both students studying abroad as well as Westmont's international student population, serving as an advisor for F-1 students.
